AA Food Concepts - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AA Food Concepts! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online ordering platform and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) to order food from our cloud kitchen locations across India. By placing an order with AA Food Concepts, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment details.
- Minimum order amount may apply. Please refer to the Platform for details.
- Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- We accept online payment through secure payment gateways.
- You are responsible for all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We deliver to a limited area. Please enter your delivery address to confirm availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- Once your order is confirmed, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds for incorrect or incomplete orders will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
- We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the taste or quality of the food.
- You may be able to submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”) on the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
- User Content must not be offensive, harassing, or illegal.
- We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content at our sole discretion.
- We use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.
- We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Platform or our food products.
- Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your order.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AA Food Concepts regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Platform.
- Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the amendments.
