- We currently partner with various third-party delivery platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and others to get your food delivered promptly. Please refer to the chosen platform’s terms and conditions for delivery timelines and fees, as they may vary.
- Delivery charges are determined by the chosen delivery platform and your delivery location. You will be able to see the exact delivery fee before placing your order.
- We take pride in ensuring your food arrives fresh and hot. Our partner platforms have quality assurance measures in place for deliveries.
You can modify or cancel your order before it’s confirmed by our kitchen staff. Please reach out to the respective delivery platform’s customer support for assistance.
Due to the perishable nature of food, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed and prepared. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund might be necessary. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons
Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately through the following ways.

Missing Item: If an item from your order is missing, please contact us through the methods mentioned above within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Damaged Item: If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the delivery personnel. If you’ve already accepted a damaged item, contact us immediately through the methods mentioned above.
In the above cases (incorrect, missing, or damaged item), we will be happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement item, depending on your preference.
- We may require a picture of the incorrect or damaged item as proof for processing a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order.
